Coach Kent Johns
Medically-Led Health Coach
Coach Kent is a certified Health and Mental Wellbeing Coach and Nutritional Counsellor. In the past four years he has run his own business Kent Johns Health, assisting businesses to help their employees better look after themselves and thrive in life. Kent has a deep understanding of what good health is and behavioural change. His own journey with burnout inspired Kent help others through coaching. He is an experienced public speaker and former award-winning sports broadcaster, and the host of “Take It From Us”, a radio programme and podcast that deals with mental wellbeing and addiction issues. Kent lives with his partner Laura in Auckland, with their two young children. As well as a passion for sport, he plays tennis and walks to stay fit, loves to cook, and his local beach is his special place.

Coach Susannah Barrett-Boyes
Medically-Led Health Coach
Coach Susannah's journey into health and wellness began with her own experience with chronic illness as a child, where she saw the profound impact diet could have on health. This sparked a passion to help others transform their health journeys. She studied applied recreation and personal training, followed by massage therapy, and later expanded her expertise into naturopathy and nutrition. With experience running her own personal training and massage therapy business, Susannah worked closely with clients to achieve lasting change. Outside of work, Susannah enjoys staying active, cooking, and spending time with loved ones. She is driven by the desire to set a positive example for my children and inspire others to challenge themselves and evolve.

Nurse Kenya Kinley
Registered Nurse
Nurse Kenya is a registered nurse who is passionate about health and prevention of diseases. She has a background in acute emergency medicine and urgent care health services and has a degree in natural medicine covering nutritive, herbal, lifestyle and therapeutic tools for healing an extensive range of conditions. Kenya leads an active lifestyle, enjoys running, strength training at the gym and yoga. She describes herself as consistently learning and working on her own health. Kenya enjoys teaching others about their health and seeing their progress through their health and wellness journey.

Nurse Stephanie Minton
Registered Nurse
Nurse Stephanie is a registered nurse who has practiced across a variety of medical and surgical specialties. This has included time in clinical research, intensive care, and more recently post anaesthetic care. Stephanie has always had a keen interest in health, in particular a healthy diet and lifestyle and its benefits in prevention and management of illness. In 2011 she completed a Diploma in Naturopathy and Nutritional Therapy at the College of Natural Medicine in London. Stephanie is passionate about helping people make positive changes to their health and wellbeing.

Dr Ula Heywood
Co-Founder & Personal Doctor
Dr. Ula is an Emergency Medicine Specialist and former Westpac Rescue Helicopter Doctor who has in recent years concentrated her efforts on preventative, precision medicine. In 2018 she co-founded and was Clinical Director of New Zealand's first precision medicine clinic focused on reversal of Type 2 diabetes and causes of heart disease, reducing heart and phenotypic age of clients. Determined to be more than an ambulance at the bottom of a cliff, Ula is dedicated to the advancement of lifestyle medicine as a preventative measure against diseases of modern life. Ula holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) and is a Fellow of the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (FACEM).

Dr Marissa Kelaher
Personal Doctor
Dr. Marissa is a highly experienced NZ trained medical doctor specialising in personalised high-end integrative and preventative medicine. A Fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners, she has additional postgraduate training in lifestyle, nutritional, and environmental medicine, and is currently completing a Fellowship with the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine. Marissa's expertise includes women's health, integrative peri/menopause well-being, nutrigenomics, metabolic and heart health, mindbody medicine, longevity, and thyroid and adrenal conditions. She enjoys combining her expertise with cutting-edge evidence based functional testing to create highly tailored holistic health plans.

Kerry Tari
Practice Manager
Kerry is a Registered Nurse, the last 12 of her 23 years in the health industry have been in health leadership roles. With a passion for people, Kerry likes to ensure staff and customers experience an environment that is conducive to positive health outcomes and enable staff to deliver leading, safe and effective care. Her goal is to support you in attaining optimum health, as preventing ill health is a topic close to her heart.

Coach Anna Thomas
Medically-Led Health Coach
Coach Anna has always been interested in health, studying exercise science though university and building her own personal training business for the past decade. In the last 5 years she has been driven by a more holistic approach to health and fitness. Her own journey with adrenal fatigue and lack of lifestyle balance, along with seeing her clients struggle to reach their goals through fitness alone, initiated her interest in studying and coaching health and fitness with a more 360 approach. She is excited to help grow people's knowledge and support them with lifestyle changes, aiding them with their journey to a healthier life.

Craig Richardson
Co-Founder & Director (Chair)
Craig is an internationally experienced CEO, CFO and non-executive director. He was the founding CEO of Autonomy from 2022 to 2024. Craig has previously held senior executive roles with Vodafone Australia, Vodafone Sweden, Optus, BlueScope Steel, Coca-Cola and early-stage technology companies in APAC, EMEA and Americas. He is co-founder of management consulting firm Crane and principal of Autonomy shareholder 1803 Ventures. Craig has previously been chair of CPA Australia in New Zealand, a non-executive director of New Zealand Defence Force, government agency Callaghan, not-for-profit superannuation fund Simplicity KiwiSaver and successful supplements start-up Two Islands. He is a Fellow of CPA Australia, holds a BCom and Masters in Business Administration.

Julian Fairfield
Co-Founder & Director
Julian is a globally experienced management consultant having previously held senior positions with McKinsey & Company and BCG before founding his own management advisory firm. Julian was Chief Organisation Officer of Rio Tinto and the architect of reorganising the giants workforce to improve productivity and performance before becoming an advisor to Sir Douglas Myers on the expansion of Lion Nathan. Julian would later become Director of Operations for The Fred Hollows Foundation responsible for redesigning operational procedures and prosthetic manufacturing in Africa to release the late Fred Hollows vision to eliminate preventable blindness. Julian is widely respected as the strategic thinking behind the disruption of markets and sectors and has been instrumental in placing Autonomy on this course.

Matthew Boylan
CEO & Director
Matthew is an internationally experienced business leader having held leadership roles in high growth companies in London and New Zealand. Matt joined Autonomy as COO in 2023 and was appointed CEO in 2024. Previously Financial Controller of M & C Saatchi World Services London and CFO of McKenzie and Co here in New Zealand, Matthew has a track record of driving companies through their growth phase. He is a Chartered Accountant, holds a BCom in finance and Accounting.

Dr. Tom Jerram
Board Advisor - Medicine 3.0
Dr Tom is an Emergency Physician with 20 years experience in the public health system, including as Clinical Director of a regional Emergency Department and Senior Clinical university lecturer. He has always had an interest in first principles thinking, in the underlying factors in health and disease and is currently undertaking a fellowship course in precision and genomic medicine. He believes healthcare should have a far larger preventative focus and be based on our evolutionary biology. Tom holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) with distinction from University of Otago and is a Fellow of the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (FACEM).

Roger Jaquin
Board Advisor - Data & Analytics
Roger is passionate about using computational power and data science to create data-driven solutions. Has participated and led many innovative designs and developments ranging from operating systems enhancements, computer language design, creation of distributed processing computational environments, object-oriented databases, and analytics applications. He has led R&D teams in Latin America, USA, and New Zealand. Worked closely as research partner and advisor to universities in Latin America and New Zealand in multiple areas of data science.

Dr. Patrick Gladding
Consulting Cardiologist
Patrick is a specialist in both general cardiology and internal medicine, and practices at North Shore and Waitakere Hospitals. He trained in cardiology at the Greenlane Cardiovascular Service and completed a fellowship in Advanced Cardiac Imaging at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in 2010. In 2012 he gained a PhD in cardiovascular medicine. His areas of expertise are in cardiac imaging, personalised healthcare and angiography. He also has a particular interest in the latest developments in genomic medicine, which is when information about a patient's genetic make-up can be used to customise their treatment.
